The FRA24 board will never contact you to purchase anything using your personal funds. If you receive an email from any individual claiming to be a board member of FRA24 instructing you to spend your money, simply ignore it. However, you may also report it to the Secretary by selecting report. You will be directed to a short form to complete should we have questions.

The Fleet Reserve Association is the oldest and largest association representing enlisted Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard personnel. Established in 1924, FRA's mission is to safeguard the pay, benefits, and entitlements of the active duty, reserve, and retired members of the Sea Services.
Membership in the FRA is open to all enlisted personnel of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Commissioned Officers of the Sea Services that have at least one day of prior enlisted service are eligible to join too.
Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) Annapolis Branch 24 is home of Auxiliary (LAFRA) Annapolis Unit 24 and Fleet Reserve Club (FRC). The FRC also welcomes other Active Duty, Reserve, Retired, honorably discharged Veterans of the United States Armed Forces as FRC Associate Members.
Member benefits include parking while on the club premises, use of the waterfront club facilities (dining room, bar, meeting rooms, banquet facilities), and reciprocal membership with other Fleet Reserve Clubs for members who meet FRA eligibility requirements.
Let your voice be heard by being a part of one of the longest and influential Associations advocating for your benefits. We strive to protect your retirement and work on current issues affecting military personnel and their families.
